US aid worker jailed in Haiti while authorities investigate infant’s alleged kidnapping

Marion County residents were living and working in a winter wonderland Thursday as snow blanketed the area. City Streets Director Joe Feltz said a full crew started treating the roads around 9:15 a.m. Thursday. Seven city trucks were loaded and ready to go when the snow started falling.
